| I really like the service you get from John Hook Automotive. I have been a customer for several years. I feel the prices are a little on the pricey side. I understand the shop has to stay competitive. I would recommend the shop to more people if the prices were a little better. I will continue to use your services because I am very satisfied. |

| Andrew on John's staff did an excellent job on our van. He saved us from having to pay more at a dealership for unnecessary work that they recommended. The guys at JHA are trustworthy and will not let you pay more than you have to for repairs. |

| I asked for an oil change, tune-up and general check-up. I left with a car running smooth and better pick-up. A tune-up was not necessary. A gasket was found to have a minuscule leak, but not yet necessary to change, and my front struts would be good for another year or so. All of this is to say the mechanic at John Hook Auto took the time to explain the results clearly and answer my questions. He was relaxed and friendly. I was treated as a valued customer. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. Later, my son-in-law mentioned he valued JHA, and his Dad had recommended JHA to him. I?ll be there for my next service! |
